The art of crafting distinctive beer demands using equally unique ingredients. Sunrise Hops are proud to be the cornerstone of an historical yet resurgent NZ hop industry. During the narrow window of harvest, we captured a wide range of content in Upper Moutere, where they grow the most quintessentially Kiwi hop cultivars.

As it turns out, it's easy to capture the essence of something that accosts the senses so boldly as the otherwise unassuming hop. It became apparent that the same can also be said of the people involved in hop husbandry.
